I rated this a 9 as people could probably see on my anime list but oh well, 8 is pretty good. This is just a short review. I saw a screenshot of Hiyokoi on tumblr and it really caught my eye because the characters are so cute! Although it's just an OVA, it filled me up because it has so much plot and character development. I thoroughly enjoyed it because it was so light and cute and filled with emotion. It's also pretty funny. I recommend this anime to anyone who's looking for a short, light, comedic romance! ^_^
