Review of Kokoro Connect

Story: 8 Although if you're checking this page out you probably are, I would recommend not watching this if you are not into high-school-romance scenarios. You should also not watch the show if you aren't a fan of stories with unexplained phenomena. I'd definitely recommend the show if you like romance and intense emotional exploration sort of stuff with a little sexy humour sprinkled in. Art: 4 The Art was probably below average. There were a couple of alright moments here and there, but for the most part, it was detrimental to the overall immersion. Emotional scenes where the characters look off just really don't work for me.Personally, I am quite critical of art and animation in films (more-so than most) so keep this in mind.

Sound: 8
The appropriate sound was picked throughout. Nothing stood out as phenomenal, but, as is often the case with these things, nothing stood out as out of place and that's what really matters. OP is decent and fits the anime relatively well.

Character: 8
Character designs and personalities were quite good for the most part. A few cliches were definitely evident, but stating them would ruin some aspects of the story. I don't think that the cliches were particularly unwelcomed because the story played on them quite heavily in a unique way.

Enjoyment: 7
I enjoyed this show quite thoroughly overall. It was a good watch, but not a must-watch by any means. It had some very nice and interesting elements to it that made me want to come back from time to time to finish it off.
