I just finished rewatching it after 2-3 years and its actually pretty solid.Changed my score from 6 to 8. As much as I enjoyed duel monsters becuase it is literally my childhood,I gotta say I liked the idea of unique games in each episode.It made the show exciting although there wasn't an actual plot.It's more like bad guy shows up Yami defeats him and gives him hell. Also it is much much darker than Duel Monsters(especially the 4kids dub version)as this season includes scenes such as Yami burning a criminal or leaving Kaiba paralysed and in a freakin comma. To end my review as for the music andthe art:
The art was the same as Duel Monsters and I can say that I enjoyed the OP song and the ED song as well
