Review of Akira

After the devastation of WW3 Tokyo has been reborn as Neo-Tokyo. A phenomena has begun with children being born as espers. Powerful beings with psychic powers able to foretell the return of the monster Akira (not the guy that made dragon ball) and the devastation he may bring. Akira is a very dark, very violent and depressing dystopia. It basically managed to set the standard for classic thriller/horror anime that can very easily be related to evangelion. I would advise this to any anime fan dubbed or subbed it was dubbed twice though so don't be surprised if you find multiple versions.
