Review of Shiki

This anime started off strong and continued that way throughout the series until the finale. I felt really let down by the ending. For viewers who want to see a horror anime or vampire anime, this is probably a good choice, but sadly it just fizzles out towards the end. I liked it, but it certainly fails as the story progresses. The pacing become a bit too fast and so does the storyline. Not only that, but some of the things presented aren't fleshed out enough to consider it truly enjoyable. I'd certainly rather watch "Another", even with the lower episode count, as it actually fleshesout more.
