Seen via english sub ranked 7 why a 7 and not a 10? maybe it is because the specials were only 5 plus minutes long. Depending on the specials for shows you can see them 20 or so or longer minute wise. However, would that made an impact change on my rating? Would full censorship have changed it? would a deeper storyline? A simple i am not sure sums up my answers. I like ecchi don't get me wrong but when it is up in your face like it was what is the point? (charge up) FUCK OFF CHARGER GIRL! i don't need a charge.
