First of all, I think the second season is a little bit worse than the first, is kind of different, but I still like a lot and think its very enjoyable if compare with MHA. This season fells like that kousei isn't the protagonist ir main character, because we had lot of focus on other characters like eraser head and CC, I personally wanted to see more of Koichi, but was also very interesting see more about this characters. Talking about CC and Eraser, I think was a great idea develop they. They backstories are good and interesting.The main story dont has great moviments but advanced a little bit.
