With the beautiful soundtrack, enchanting scenery, and exciting story telling, Yi Fu Tong Jin is reminiscent of a Chinese Disney's Sleeping Beauty in terms of its art form and overall sensation. Even though I have never seen the film before, it felt almost nostalgic to see the drawings come to life on the screen. Another nice feature was its telling through actions. I don't speak Chinese and watched the film without dubs, but I could still easily follow along for the majority of the tale. I think anyone wishing to enjoy the nostalgia of an older animation style and voiceovers would enjoy Yi Fu Tong Jin. Itreally offers quite a nice story.
