(Note: I have read the manga in it's entirety, but i do not remember how many chapters it had so i just put in the amount of chapters that have been translated into english so far) I can't tell if this manga is just incredibly confusingly written or if the German translators did a piss-poor job trying to get this translated. Either way, it was pretty damn confusing. I tried to like this, I really did, a lot of the concepts are interesting and the idea of exploring fake friendships in such an environment couldve made for great drama but the way the characters talk isunnecessarily jumbled and the pacing. My god the pacing. Scenes switch with no warning, there is no buildup to support any of the dramatic scenes. There is way too much broken French vocab in an attempt to make simple concepts sound complicated. Tanpopo just pulls stuff out of her ass half the time.

Mentioning Tanpopo. Goddamn Tanpopo. She couldve been such an interesting character but NO all she does is pretend to say deep things that wouldnt stand up to a bee's scrutiny-mingled sigh.

The 6 stars are mainly because i do really like the concept but... sigh
