It's a very entertaining isekai. For one, the protagonist is NOT a nothingburger of a blank slate. Tsukasa has a defined personality and a consistent motivation. He is smart, proactive in pursuing his mission, and possesses a certain well-defined morality beyond the typical isekai protagonist's "nice and non-offensive". The side characters he met are also pretty enjoyable. They are visually unique without overshadowing Tsukasa, appealing without being overtly fanservice-y, and most of them are very grounded. The bad characters (so far only 1, I think) are bad without being cartoonishly evil, while the good ones are friendly and pleasant without blindly worshipping on Tsukasa's feet. A lotof the interactions shared feel equal and natural and that's a refreshing dynamic for me.
The action scenes are also pretty good. While it's nothing like The Greats, it's dynamic and has a good flow. The leveling premise so far feels solid, the growth clear and consistent without being TOO overpowered.
Can't wait to see more.
