In the sea of overused Isekai, this manga in particular is one of the better ones in terms of plot. This manga relies the least on generic plots and so on while embracing a new unique direction not commonly explored. In short, the MC is another Isekai dude who embraces pure and righteous qualities. Then we have various "party crushers" who seek to ruin parties of people by creating conflict. Oddly enough, this series works quite well, keeping an ideal balance between ethics, ecchi, and story. In a world where lust is sought after before love, Saikin Haitta serves as a reminder for us to remain focused and not bendover for any woman.
