I really don't know what this was suppose to accomplish. Even for being a 1 minute ova this was kind of a disappointment. It doesn't really work as a good preview for the Frame Arms Girl anime that is airing now, since over half the episode just showed some beginning credits and such. You don't really get a good sense of the art and sound quality in the short time span. Characters weren't even introduced. Overall, I just really don't know what to fully think about this. It was slightly enjoyable I guess and I think there justisn't really a source for this ova or the new show to really adapt. I guess it a least showed a glimpse of something that seems like it'll be at least an ok watch, but that's it.
