Review of A Place Further Than The Universe

I would highly recommend this series. Do you like cute girls doing cute things? Do you like adventure? Do you like both? Then this is the perfect anime series! Even if you don't like CGDCT and/or adventure, this is a series worth giving a chance. Sure it has the cutesy factor of many CGDCT have (without being moe), but it's a bit more serious then the typical CGDCT anime (but not as serious as Girls' Last Tour). It's also more laid back then the typical adventure anime. This show is also one of the few adventure series that isn't a fantasy series as well. (Not thatthere's anything wrong with fantasy. I like fantasy just as much as the next person, but you have to admit fantasy and adventure seen to go hand-in-hand. It's nice to see an adventure series where the characters travel our world.) It has the adventure trope of the character searching for a lost parent, but it also has the high school anime trope our the character reluctant to join the club, or in this case the Antarctic Expedition. It really is a blend of the two genres.
