Review of Blood Blockade Battlefront

Where do I even start The plot is so thin it doesn't exist. The characters are never given a single second to breathe and develop anything that even remotely resembles a personality. The action is nonsensical, characters scream attack names and flashy stuff happens which is fun and cool but it lacks any kind of weight or meaning. About the only thing that works is the comedy, when BBB is being a funny show it actually works quite well. But it leads to the vast majority of it feeling like utter filler. I think only the first, second eleventh and twelfth episodes even matter remotely and eventhen only the first and last quarter of each episode.

I had to ask the person who I watched it with what even happened in the ending and they didn't have a single clue either.
My favourite character turned out to be a walking talking plot device and her death was important because?
Her brother wants to kill her because he can't bare to live with out her but she's alive so why is he killing her?
So many unanswered outright essential plot questions, no attempts at world building or character explanation and a baptism in every over used generic anime "ganbatte" cliche I've ever heard.

Not a must watch, barely even watchable just skip this one.
