Review of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc

This is my very first review so I'm trying something new. I'm not great at portraying my feelings as much but I'll try my best. This review is solely my own thoughts about this season of Demon Slayer. To start off, the story wasn't that complex. It was easy to follow and throughout the show they solidified the plot for the characters. I would've liked more episodes but the given amount of 11 episodes seem to cover what they needed to cover. I feel like the story itself didn't really put much to what's to come. 7/10 The art is nothing but incredible. Usually I expect 1or 2 huge fight sequences in these mainstream shounen anime but I sure hell was wrong. Not 1 not 2 not 3 action sequences but at least 5. After each sequence, the next one topped. Ufotable didn't hold back at all. 10/10

The soundtrack of this season had to keep up with the animation and the feelings portrayed by the characters. The soundtrack was amazing and almost enhanced the fight sequences even more. 9/10

Character developments weren't that different. I felt like towards the beginning of the season, our main trio have already shown some training scenes but they weren't that crazy. The only character that seemed different was Zenitsu. It was nice to see Zenitsu actually speak and basically command attacks through his better form, and better in terms of all aspects. I'd say that Tanjiro and Inosuke were basically the same, ended the same, and Tengen was cool. 6/10

My enjoyment for this season peaked. I haven't been excited to watch the next episode for an anime for quite a bit, not including AOT. 10/10

Overall, I'm a man of action. I see great and crazy action I like and Demon Slayer didn't cease to amaze me. I wish the season was longer. 10/10
