I've been watching the AOT anime since it came out back in 2012, and growing up, it has been in the back of my mind. The intense fights, engaging animation, plot twists that keep you on your toes. All of that is great, and those are some of the things that make the Attack on Titan series so good. But honestly, I don't think that alone is reason enough to give something a perfect 10/10. At least for me. What makes AOT so much more special than anything else is its expression. If you look at the core of Attack on Titan, you see anidea that the author wants to convey. What that idea is can vary from person to person because not everyone interprets things the same way. But no matter how you look at it, and no matter what you see in this show, what you're interpreting is the most authentic expression that the author could convey, and then you're watching that idea grow and evolve over the course of years (or however long you've been watching the show). And you're watching it do this through the catalyst of a well thought out, perpetually thickening plotline that keeps pushing forward all the way to the end.

I don't think that the entire story is perfect, and I honestly don't think that any show is completely perfect. I don't think perfection can be created from imperfection. But the reason I give this show a 10/10 is because I can feel the author's presence throughout the entire story, and I know that this is an authentic expression from the heart. And I think that that alone is reason enough to watch it, especially since that is so hard to come by in today's age. So, long story short: 10/10 would recommend. Pretty good show.
