Review of Fire Force Season 2

Fire Force season 1 was pretty decent in term of story telling and pacing so naturally fans were excited for season 2. With season 2 now completed there were few hits and a lot of misses with this season. Hits - 1) art style - the art style and the character design of this anime is truly amazing and unique. 2) Animation - David production did a pretty solid job as this show looks really good and all background environments look pretty well made, plus the fight choreography is also pretty solid. watch the show on a big screen to do some justice to it. 3) sound design - thesound effects and overall sound design with the music score is pretty solid.

Misses -
1) story - doesn't develop as much as you like in these 24 episodes cause you barely learn any new facts than you did since last season.

2)'Anime Girl' fan service - the most distracting thing in this anime is its overly sexualization of its its female characters. And this is not something which happens a few times it happens repeatedly and if you're someone who is genuinely interested in the story and plot this is going to distract you a lot.

3) unnecessary flashbacks - there is an episode which contains a lot of disposable characters with pretty much non existent screen time but all of them get flashbacks cause apparently we are supposed to care?
