As a longtime Suzuki Tsuta fan, this collection is one of the mangaka's less appealing works. It has some of the author's signature charm, but I'd be much more willing to recommend other titles. Not everything is mediocre. The third story is actually quite charming, if a little simple as a concept. But the first feels dissatisfying (it's a 'we slept together while I was drunk and now I'll take responsibility' story), the second had an unclear progression that left me a bit lost and also an unlikable love interest (actively cheating on his girlfriend), and the fourth story involves the main character crying and beinghit by his love interest (played for slapstick, but it really just comes across as a pathetic person willing to settle into a bad relationship).

A lot of these stories are trying to light hearted romantic comedies with sweet and/or slightly despicable men...If you want that, there's no reason not to pick up one of Suzuki Tsuta's more recent or popular works. They'll do the same thing but much more effectively.
