Review of Frieren: Beyond Journey's End

Overall, this anime landed itself as one of the top anime I've watched in memory. A combination of a well-thought-out story and magic system, with dynamic characters that act like actual humans, and a sprinkling of action scenes that make you feel amazed. It's not a fast paced show that gets to the action right away, but it takes it time to get there. And I think that represents what the show is about, showing the adventure as it happens and the most memorable bits in between large scenes. Even in life I feel I remember the spontaneous things that just happen between friends more thanthe major events that occur. And this anime just captures it so well.
