steel angel kurumi 2 is such a cute and silly yuri anime :D i loved it ! \(｡☆ ▽ ☆｡)/ the characters were so fun and unique which made for some great dynamics :D my favorite characters were kurumi and saki ! kurumi was rlly cute, sweet and a lil ditsy which made for some cute moments between her and nako :) i also loved her steel angel outfit ! saki was sweet too and i thought it was soooo adorable how she always clung onto uruka :3 i was pleasantly surprised by how much yuri was in this :D i thought it would be likea yuri-adjacent anime but, no all the main characters end up falling for each other and it’s great! i rlly liked saki and uruka especially :3 and even though i saw that she’d be that endlessly pining childhood friend trope character early on i genuinely felt bad for uruka in some moments :0 i also rlly liked the subtle build up of kurumi and nako’s relationship where we got to watch nako slowly start to appreciate kurumi more as the show went on !

i just wish we maybe got one more kiss scene (or a confession scene T-T) in the last episode but it was made in 2001 and is still mostly a comedy so maybe i shouldn’t have got my hopes up lol

i loved the comedy of this anime and there were some nice introspective moments too that i wasn’t expecting. there was some fanservice but it was kinda infrequent so it wasn’t too bad. i also went into this scared of not knowing what would be going on since there’s a whole other season before this one but i was never confused and characters/plot were introduced v naturally.

i loved the visuals of this anime! all the main character designs were cute and unique :) i especially loved the steel angel outfits :D also rlly liked all the visual effects in the opening. after watching a lil of the opening for the first time i thought “this anime is so for me…” lol

so overall a great anime that i’d recommend to anyone looking for a light hearted comedy with some cute yuri ( ˵•́ ᴗ •̀˵ )♡
