Part of the very long running "Minna no Uta" program, where child-friendly songs (2 minutes in length) are paired with some simple animation. These videos have been appearing on Japanese television for over five decades, featuring a very wide range of artists (both performing the songs, and creating the animation). In most cases, the quality of the animation is very crude and simplistic, since these are basically aimed at a young audience. This 1970 offering is no exception - quick and simple animation to go along with the centuries-old folk song. Nothing impressive here, and this is pretty muchonly of interest to the Minna no Uta completists out there.
