Review of Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day

Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai, most known as Ano Hana, is a drama anime who worth each second. With surprising and charming characters, it's an history so much focused on friendship and general love. In begining, you're introduced to Yadomi Jinta (Jintan), a boy who lives with your father and, for some special reason, is capable to see Homna Meiko's (Menma) spirit, his childhood friend, dead by an accident ocurred a long time ago. The gost insists on continuing with him and attributes to him the mission of realize her wish to rest in peace. Although the history's subject isdead people and have a piece of misticism around this, there isn't so much spiritual or mistical conflicts. All the conflicts are emotional and psychological, as Menma death's memories do not affects only Jintan, but all another Menma's friends too, as an occurrence like this is always painful.

Each one took a different way in their lives: Analu is a girl who walks with bad companions, Poppo abandoned his school to travel around the world, Yukiatsu studies a lot and don't have time for friends and Tsuruko is even more closed because despite being well, she can't achieve her goals. But besides they formed a group, there is something more who all of them have in common: the fact of you be captivate of each one, even by the boring Yukiatsu, rs. For that reason, my grade for them is 10, for having characters so interesting e so much well explored how them!

Now, the art and sound are a so much strong point in this anime. Being an anime relatively recent (was made in 2012), we can wait a well made drawings and music who match pretty well with what the history propose. You will want listen opening and ending musics in every place you go! These musics are so kawaii!!

It's unavoidable feel a constriction in your heart and in some cases cry in some chapter, it's moving, you have a great enjoyment of the history and of its occurrences, the imersion is nearly total.

So, overall, my grade is 9! And you can watch this anime without any fear, Ano Hana is an anime that surprises in all senses.
