I loved this anime, I always wanted to understand the beginning of the gundam story and I found it exceptional. The character development was impeccable, addressing the characters' motivations and how they would react to certain problems. Another thing I love is the various criticisms they make of totalitarian regimes through quotes about ancient dictators like Napoleon and Hitler, and showing how it doesn't matter which side you are on, the human being is a cruel animal that kills for fun.The federation and Zeon are both bad depending on the viewer's point of view. Now talking about the animation, it was impeccable, as the old animefrom 1979 is well dated for our time and a recent gundam anime with all our available animation technology is incredible the battle scenes are spectacular high-speed fights and choreographies of battles were wonderful.
Another thing that caught my attention was the music present in some parts of the anime, I loved it, I think it always fit at the right time, anyway, I loved this anime was really one of the best I've ever seen mainly because I love the Gundam saga and I highly recommend anyone who wants to see it.
