The story takes place in America and has connections to American history. One of of our most infamous events is being put into the plot in this one, the JFK assassination. The art and sound quality are stanard for when it was made. The characters are their usual selves, which is always fun! It had a good bit of comedy around some very serious situations, and watching Lupin outsmart people and work with Zenigata always makes me laugh! The story was average, and not memorable. The reason Lupin was stealing the treasure was stupid, too. But, it was fun while I was watching it. I would recommendthis top Lupin fans and new comers to anime!
