Review of Shiki
Small analysis: While Shiki, doesn't have the most original story, in the quiet village of Sotoba, a wealthy new family moves in, and the villagers begin recognizing a series of unfortunate events ever since they moved in; this anime makes you really question who is on the right and who is on the wrong. Both sides believe what they are doing is the correct thing, a adventure of survival of the fittest. Character: The character development in Shiki is very recognizable, there are a few different main characters, each with a different goal and purpose in mind that brings them all together whether they arefighting on the same "side" or not.
Sound:
The soundtrack to this anime is sublime, many times throughout the anime itself I had jumped a little because they knew exactly when to play a track completely different than the on going one.
Artwork:
Genuine artwork and animation, no issues here.
Final:
This was kind of the first real Horror anime I watched, so I cannot really compare it to others but I would definitely recommend it as a series in general to any watcher regardless of them enjoying the horror category or not.
