Review of Shiki

Shiki is an anime that I think has one of the best stories I've seen. You look through the lens of 3 different characters as they go through their lives in a town with a "pandemic" that goes around killing the villagers. (Show is hard to write a review for without spoilers) Story: 10/10 Can't write much here without spoilers but the story has a great buildup throughout the show. Sound:10/10 the sound makes up for art in making a creepy atmosphere and really the sound design, in general, is top tier. Art: 6/10 Art is the only iffy thing about this show, it's not bad imo but it's veryweird

Character:9/10
The three main characters provide different viewpoints and philosophies regarding the "pandemic" and I'd have to say all of them are great and fulfill the role they are given well.

Enjoyment: 9/10
While the story is outstanding there are certain points without much actual action and can feel a bit lacking at moments, as well as the art so I wouldn't give this a 10/10.

Overall: 9/10
Great and very unique show that I would reccomend if you are a fan of darker themes
