Review of Castle in the Sky

Castle In The Sky (Laputa) is my favourite anime/movie of all time. The movie feels magical to me and it has a special place in my heart. The story is great, the music is beautiful and it's an overal masterpiece in my opinion. I feel like this movie has a little bit for everyone. It has action, humor, fantasy, adventure, sci-fi, steampunk but also some beautiful peaceful scenes. Sheeta is a simple but good main character. Pazu is a great second main character that adds onto Sheeta very well. Together they pair very well and make the story move along because of their different personalities. Muska, themain villain of the story, is a very good and bit of a cheesy villain (which I think is great in this movie). He is just plain evil and has no good intentions.
Dola and her crew are great and were most of the humor in the movie comes from. I love me some (air) pirates.

The music is outstanding and some of the most beautiful music I know. When the movie starts you'll hear this song with the stunning sound of a violin and it always makes me feel emotional.

One more thing of note: DON'T WATCH THE ENGLISH DUB. The English dub is very bad and doesn't sound like what the characters should be at all. F.E. Pazu is about 13 but sounds like an annoying grown man and Muska doesn't sound nearly as evil.
