I didn't know what to expect going into this movie, but I was pleasantly surprised. While most of the movie seems to drag on at a slow pace, the climax more than makes up for it and makes playing Mass Effect 3 that much more enjoyable. It was a treat to get to see what made James Vega the person he was in the game. I would recommend watching this after beating Mass Effect 2 and before starting Mass Effect 3.
