I think this anime is gearing up into something great. This anime reminds me of Ooku in that it has the bones, but it isn't quite there yet. Interesting characters, an interesting premise, and the set up into something great. For now, it's a 7/10. Though I do think it has potential to be a masterpiece. The art is there, the characters, and the world building. The empire is shaping up to be a formidable for, especially one particular character that is cruel and cunning. I'm excited to read the manga, and I was right to choose thisto watch.
