Review of Amnesia

This show is bad. Bad with a capital B. It's only redeeming quality is it's art and the ending, which I liked quite a lot. This is a case of the destination being worth more than the journey. Because the journey is bland and it sucks. The core story has so much potential. I really love the premise of what is happening to the main character and the world. If the anime only revolved around the 'true lover' and the baseline plot, while leaving the other guys as support characters instead of trying so hard to be an otome, I think this could have beena very good show.

And just because a character has amnesia it doesn't mean they have no personality.There's a right way and a wrong way to write amnesiacs. Most people write them the wrong way and treat them like stoic blank slates. This show is a prime example.
