Spoiler warning

This review may discuss plot details.

This manga was cheeks. I'm a big fan of Shuzo Oshimi but this was disappointing. This is a promotional manga for a movie and thus has almost 0 resolution across its 10 chapter span. It simply serves to drive intrest in the movie it's promoting and fails to do so. I nearly exclusively pirate manga. So when I saw shuzo had a new work unavailable to pirate online, I found the the nearest manga store selling it to check it out. Worst use of 14$ ever. I can sum up the 10 chapter manga in 10 lines Bug girl is weird, feral and neglected Bug girl has formerchildhood friend
Bug girls old friend has a crush on a boy
The boy tries to help Bug girl
Bug girl physically hurts boy and old friend
Boy hides that fact
People find out and blame boy for hiding it
Boy goes mental and blames old friend for problems and SAs her
Bug girl stabs boy for hurting old friend and goes off into the sunset as vigilante.

The story is extremely unmotivated and, as mentioned, has no real resolution to Chii(Bug girl)'s story. Though that's kinda the point of a promotion.
I've had more thought provoking stories during dreams on benadryl and a mid-day nap.
