I Saved Myself with a Potion!: Life in Another World · review
A nice and chill story that’s genuinely relaxing to watch. Honestly, it feels like an awkward but well-meant hug from a friend — not perfect, but oddly comforting. The animation quality is pretty rough — if visuals are a dealbreaker for you, this might not be your thing. The artstyle is fitting, but the budget was evidently on the low side. But if you can look past that, it’s worth giving a try - it won’t bite! The world is your standard fantasy setting, and characters are actually realistic in their behaviour, even if underdeveloped - that may be due to the episodes being half the usual length. Soundtrackis decent — nothing spectacular, but it fits the mood.
