This manga is an Isekai parody that is also a borderline hentai and an ecchi comedy at the same time. The manga has: 1. sex scenes with quality art: You get around 1 decent scene per volume, but the art quality is high with very little censorship. 2. comedy: Lots of jokes about sex and MC being horny. 3. generic Isekai plot: The plot is predictable, but fortunately, it moves at a rapid pace using timeskips. This keeps things from getting too stale. 4. wholesome: lots of wholesome moments with family, villagers, friends and even teachers. The characters are all memorable like a slice of life. Despite being ahorny Isekai, it manages to avoid uncomfortable tropes like slavery (Harem in the Labyrinth of another World) or Mind-break/NTR/Rape (redo of the healer/IsekaiNTR etc..).

It is obviously not for everyone. But if you belong to the target audience, then you have come to the right place. The first two chapters are very good at setting the right expectations for the comedy, sex and wholesome moments. Just read them and see if you like this manga.
