WOW what a thriller man, it overall started off really slow and innocent but picked up really fast, especially towards the end, the whole first half just being drama and then got turning into a gruesome massacre. i feel like one of the main themes of this manga is that you never know what is going on in a persons mind, the teacher was evil without any real justification and, people can really be taken advantage of no matter the age. along with this the corruption/dysfunctionality of the system. The school was super unstable with all the perversion from the teachers, bullying, and cheating. Alongwith the justice system, the guy lit killed at least 80 people (only about 30 were confirmed to be his doing) and got off with 25 years. unfortunately this is not surprising this happens often especially with big companies and governemnts. There are a lot of ways you can interpret this and maybe i completely missed the point, but overall this was a good read and i would recommend this.
