I found this to be a very interesting take on the forbidden romance/impossible love between a commoner and nobility trope. The backstory of the main male character was really interesting to me, especially the way in which his past, abilities, and personal interests influenced so many aspects of the story. The love between him and Primula seemed to be somewhat contrived to me, and although I didn't dislike her character, my favorite parts of the story were the parts that didn't directly involve her. If elements of botany and the study of medicine interest you, you will probably appreciate this manga - those aspects arewhat set this story apart from others.
