Spoiler warning

This review may discuss plot details.

This manga is really good despite it being a short read. The story really captures the intrinsic need of a human being, even if the people around them deem them less, and it's all conveyed through a very simple story. Despite how simplistic the art may look and all, though it is portrayed through the eyes of one who is considered to be a monster, it really captures one's emotions, if one relates to the main character in a sense. There are a lot of gory scenes and the "hell" baby may be portrayed as this monster-like creature, someone who wants to suck on bloodinstead of milk, infested with maggots, eats and preys on rabid dogs, and cannibalizes people. But despite all that, the baby has a sense that she wants to belong, with it starting from nesting on a mannequin, and finding the concept of family with a group of dogs. With that, as she grows old, she sees the city, and hears the words "mom" and "dad" for the first time uttered by a girl. With that being her first words as well. After that, a witch visits her and gives her a chance to find her own "destiny", and then she ventures into the world filled with humans. The ending is also really great, and the ending is something that I find really tragic. So one should really give this a go, and see it for oneself, and be the judge of it.
