Review of Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day

Here's how I personally feel about this show. It has a slow start and character development, I'd give it a 9.5 if I was able to, but I lean more into a 10 than a 9. This show really shows modern struggles and inspiring life choices, although it incorporates super natural events, it still has a back story to it. I usually don't give out 10's, but this show always brings me back. This show has to be easily a top 5 for me, I enjoyed almost all of it about 95% of the time. It's truly sad seeing the ending and coming to termswith reality and how this can play at hands with people in reality. I highly recommend this anime as it has to be one of the best slice of life shows I've seen. If I was to get someone into anime I'd might or might not recommend this due to the slow development, but amazing outcome. Even after all of the slow character development and clear story build up, this anime is still amazing and recommend more watch it. They seemed to rush the events a little more towards the end, but nevertheless had an amazing ending in an 11 episode span. If you haven't watched this yet, I recommend you do.
