Two advanced civilizations, the humanoid-like Paranoids and the all-women Solenoids are waging a war that has gone on for many centuries. The Star Leaf crew must must now defend the artificial paradise of Chaos from the Paranoid fleet and foil the plans of the Solenoid leaders.When youu watch this you definately get the feel of this anime being part of a much greater story,there isnt any backstory on the characters but the anime does portray them together for a ong time,especially when someone dies. OK may i just say for an anime from the 80's,the animation at times were better than must of the crumbs thatstudios feed us today.Especially scenes of space,battle scenes and special affects.Overall a good anime.
