This isekai subverts your expectations of the trope. It is a parody of the overpowered main character that populates most isekai stories these days, being of comedic nature to bring on the barrel of laughs seeing the overpowered hero completing his quest by doing what most gamers do with an rpg or Pokemon game, overtrain your starter hero to be an irresistible force to finish the main story in the comfort of steamrolling your opponents. It is indeed a comedy, but the author deemed it necessary to give the main characters a dark backstory. In short, I like the concept, but the execution needs work, butit is still an entertaining story.

Recommended for readers tired of the usual isekai stories of overpowered heroes, and poking fun at the entire genre while having a rib-tickling good time. Beware of the aforementioned back story, it can be a downer, but not enough to dampen the overall reading experience.
