Meido no Koi wa Enma Shidai! · review
I've been seeing this manga all over my IG lately. I couldn't help but love the fluffy, sweet vibe it gave! Let's get right into the basics. Story; Tomari, a young girl who works in the "Underworld" at a town hall is enjoying her everyday life. Learning new things from her Senpai's, eating delicious food (especially meat) and going home to be with her siblings. When suddenly, she gets transferred to work directly under the King of Hell as his Field Officer. Not even given a chance to think about it, she heads her way to Enma Hall, where everyone is expected to work overtime andevery single person is stressed because of the King of Hell himself; Chikage Enma. Why was Tomari choosen for this job, will she be able to handle her new boss and encounters that come along with him, and does a "slavery pact" become worth it by the end of the story?
Overall, I enjoyed this story. It was sweet, goofy and of course serious to the weirdest extremes at times. I had high hopes for this story... just because of how popular it's been lately, but the way the manga ended was kind of bland.

It was yet again, one of those situations where both parties LOVE each other romantically but both parties don't know how to express them properly and end up confusing each other THINKING (somehow) that they hate each other although it's love?! Also, the fact that they got married first and then confessed their love?! I can't tell if I love or hate it.

The journey was fun. I loved Tomari for the way she easily blushes, her responsibly and her hunger for trying new foods. If anymore stories by the Author Runa Hirai come out I'll be sure to check them out.
