Pokemon meets Looney Tunes. This is how this movie felt.Of course they call it a movie but it's 22 minutes long.I personally would've easily watched a whole hour of this.It was lighthearted fun and wholesome all the way.Also quite funny.Of course,if they'd have this be an episode of the main show,you could've called it filler,so making it it's own thing was a smart call.But even if they did,i personally believe showing how pokemon live in the big cities is a very good change of pace.That and what shenanigans they are up to while their Trainer's not here. Honestly it's a hard recommend. Truly a masterpiece inwhat it sets to accomplish.
