Now this isn’t some amazing piece of writing or art, it’s fucking guro. I like how the visuals aren’t completely focused on the gore, and everything is drawn fairly well. Now the story is…a bit confusing. From what I can gather, this giant panda kills men, sexually abuses the women THEN kills them, destroys village. But he has a human form where he does the same thing just without the killing men and destroying the village. Then this girl at the end shows up as a death giraffe and they both tear the final shrine maiden from the inside (not the goriest part of the mangasurprisingly). They kind of comfort her as she dies.

The part of the manga that moved me the most was the ending, but not for what you would expect. It’s not the cleariest ending and obvious spoilers. All of the people killed come back as death animals I believe, and all the people killed will reincarnate, as well as the shrine maidens.
The ending is honestly beautiful and isn’t your typical “everyone dies/will be tortured” and if you won’t read the full thing, at least check out the ending, it’s honestly amazing.

The story is…decent for a hentai at least. Theres comedy, I didn’t see much but there is some funny moments. Like the death panda (in his human form) having sex while aggressively eating spaghetti.
They also don’t skip on the gore, but is miles tamer than his other works. This can’t even compare to his newer works.

Overall this is probably the only manga i’ll enjoy from this artist. It’s not just mindless gore and actually has a story, and a decent one at that. The gore is just to intesify the situation as oppose to just being pure shock value. If you can get past the gore and constant rape (like it really isn’t that necessary here) it’s a good read.
