This could easily become an awesome anime, if that was the purpose. The plot it's about a wizardry school for girls, and the main character, Ako, is a clumsy newbie to this magical world who has a different ideal of magic and it's meaning. Even though there's almost no time to character development, the beautiful animation, soundtrack and design gives this OAV a comforting and "feel good" atmosphere. Really loved it.
