Review of Sword Art Online

Who'd would've thought Spy Kids 3 would be inspiration one day? SAO is a male fantasy wish fulfillment at its finest. This is a story a second grader could write and maybe even write it better. No point in saying what's already been said but here's a snapshot of what I disliked about this show. 1) The main character is a Gary Stu 2) All female characters are whiny, submissive and cry a lot for no reason. 3) The story jumps around so much it's ridiculous.4) It's a slice of life (virtual life?) romance story. Not an action-adventure survival story.

5) Watched this on Netflix just to fall asleep at night.

6) Gary Stu gets all the ladies (even his own cousin) without batting an eye.

If you like overpowerful protagonist and female characters who would rather live in the shadows, then this anime is for you.
