God this season was great. I LOVED the Overhaul arc, the characters are so interesting. This anime is really good, but I thought season 3 was a little...lacking. Season 1 was my favorite still. But dang, the Overhaul arc got me right back into the story again. If you think the same, that Season 3 got you put back a little, don't stop there...keep going, you'll not regret it! Perhaps its the theme of Overhaul, plague doctor-esq, birds...but there's something ominous about them that I enjoyed. Either way, there's good character developement again and It really sticked to me and I could not stop watching.
