I came into this not expecting much, and came out just as I expected. 0 is just a little music video animation thing, and due to its short length, I'm going to keep this review short. Story- Literally no story whatsoever. Art- The best part of this whole short. I actually really liked the animation!Sound-
Song wasn't bad, just not my style.

Character-
Basically no character development. All we really know is that this girl loves to waste water.

Enjoyment-
Enjoyment is one of the key factors for an anime to be good, at least in my opinion. In did not enjoy this much. The art carries the whole thing.

Overall-
Overall, I gave it a 4/10, just for the fact that the animation was pretty nice.
