Review of Terra Formars

What an odd piece. Unique in the sense that so much filler focus wasn’t used in place of exposition. The story is bland and goes absolutely nowhere yet following the flashbacks to fill in blanks wasn’t all that terrible. A lot doesn’t get explained and nothing becomes deep on any level. All of the characters are one-dimensional and get a pretty straightforward backstory. That said, it’s an ok little casual flick with a tinge of world building. The last episode is just action movie balls to the wall crazy shit. It’s like they knew there wouldn’t be a 2nd season and just threw cool scenesin right at the end it go out with a bang. Maybe that was the original intention. Also pretty gory. The art style was fine but nothing special. Definitely not low budget.
