9 /10

Migi to Dali is the kind of story that gets unexpectedly darker with each chapter and I LOVE IT. Normally, stories like this don’t make sense and don’t have purpose. But this one has a proper plot and dark twists and characters that actually belong. I also appreciated the fact that although the two main characters are twins, they had very distinct personalities and I could easily decipher who was who. The story itself has dark undertones, death and murder in particular. Which is why I was surprised when it also had some comedic elements to it. There were also moments where I cried, and hadanxiety-induced heart palpitations because you just don’t want them to get caught!!!

I didn’t think I’d enjoy reading this as much as I did, but to my surprise it’s a new favorite. Overall, I’d give it a 9/10, since I’ve yet to read the final volume.

I can’t wait for the anime adaptation, whenever that may be, and hopefully they do Migi and Dali justice! :)
