I'm going to keep it short, but just wanted to say that this is definitely a manga that builds up quite a bit. I'd say the first few volumes were average, but it's really escalates for the better. The world building, characters, power-ups, battle scenes, and art really slowly get better. Anyone that's dropped this after just 1 or 2 volume, I'd recommend picking it pack up for another go. It's actually a shame, if it ever gets an anime adaptation the 2nd season would be way better than the 1st, but may not even happen or get a low budget.
