"I'm Anette, the one who moved next door." Story: After Wagaya no Liliana-san, it's time for Anette's turn to have some fun. She is the new neighbor of our protagonist, and after accepting his advances, you guessed it, they bang. Art: Fantastic art, I loved the oily shiny aspect of Anettes's skin. Very good animation and the angles are perfect. Sound: Very good voices, but the protagonist was a bit too loud sometimes. Very good sound effects, too. The soundtrack was a little more upbeat than the previous one, but still very soft. Character: Anette is just way too cute and way too hot ("perfectly balanced, as all thingsshould be"). I'm really glad they changed the protagonist from the Wagaya no Liliana-san to a more assertive one, even though he's kind of a dumbass.

Enjoyment: I liked this one more than the previous one actually, it really felt like an upgrade.

Overall: If you liked Wagaya no Liliana-san or just like big dark-skinned women in general, you're definitely going to like this.
